Jayapataka Swami: Now we are all one family of Srila Prabhupada – his sons, daughter, grand disciples. That way even if we have different gurus, we still should consider ourselves to be part of one family. This was one of Bhakti Caru swami’s main teachings. And keeping Srila Prabhupada in the center ISKCON was created. This, Bhakti Caru swami taught us. This way, all gurus and disciples should consider to be under one family and serve unitedly. Now many of our initiated disciples have Bhakti Caru swami as their siksa guru. And similarly, some of his disciples have taken me or any of our other ISKCON gurus as their siksa guru. This way, diksa gurus can be different, and we can also get siksa from other gurus. Maharaj had desired that all the devotees should serve unitedly. Many disciples of Bhakti Tirtha Swami, Tamal Krsna maharaj, who left the world earlier, their disciples are serving along with other devotees. So this way, they can have specific diksa guru and have many siksa gurus. When Bhakti Tirtha maharaj was unwell for a long period, he had requested me to take care of his disciples. But we did not know that Bhakti Caru maharaj would leave us so fast. He did not say anything specifically but when he was there, we had the understanding that his disciples could be my siksa disciples and my disciples could be his siksa disciples. I think this way all the disciples will get shelter. So no one should worry alone, about it. So other gurus’ disciples should not consider themselves separate. I heard in the smriti sabha, how the different gurus and disciples paid homages and felt very happy to hear the way Bhakti Caru maharaj had given mercy to all the disciples. Any way, the sankirtan devotees have been taught  a lot by Bhakti Caru maharaj when he was here. He had said that he had translated the scriptures into the Bengali language, and if they distributed these books, he would be very happy. So everyone has to try to serve him by distributing these books he translated. That can be done by his initiated disciples and his siksa disciples as well. Hare Krsna!
